教師知能系列活動

隨著科技的發達，教學創新已成為現教育界之趨勢，為提升高等教育教學品質與學生學習動機，大學教師須將教學專業發展視為重要目標，並持續追求教學方法與技巧的精進，使受教者從良好的教學方法中獲得最大的學習量。因此，教師之教學知能也須不斷創新，以因應變化不斷之教學環境。
本計畫旨在提供教師因應個人發展需求，透過參與講座及研習以增進教師知教學知能，本學期除規劃辦理數位增能系列活動，希冀藉由數位科技及人文領域結合科技分析經驗分享，提升本校教師製作教材品質及激盪邏輯思維能力。

Teaching professional knowledge and skills

With the development of science and technology, teaching innovation has become a trend in the education industry. In order to improve the quality of higher education and students’ motivation for learning, university teachers must regard the development of the teaching profession as an important goal, and continue to pursue the improvement of teaching methods and techniques, so that the educated can get the most from good teaching methods.Therefore, teachers’ teaching skills must also be constantly innovated to adapt to the changing environment.
