第一階段以本校教務處學習預警名單及體保生、原住民、外籍生申請案為限，申請時間為開學週。
第二階段提供有需要課業輔導之同學申請，申請時間為期中考週。

本校課業輔導依據「國立暨南國際大學學生課業輔導實施要點」辦理，

第2階段課輔時長為113/11/4~113/12/27共8週，總計16小時輔導課程。

Academic counseling at our university is conducted in accordance with the "National Chi Nan University Guidelines for Student Academic Counseling."

The Stage Ⅱ counseling period runs from 2024/11/4 to 2024/12/27, covering 8 weeks for a total of 16 hours of counseling sessions.

Applications for Stage Ⅰ are limited to students on the learning warning list from the Office of Academic Affairs, as well as student-athletes, aboriginal students, and international students.

The counseling period runs from 2024/9/9 to 2024/12/27, covering 16 weeks for a total of 32 hours of counseling sessions.
